A rural practice exchange offers the opportunity to experience working in a different practice setting and living in another country. We describe how to arrange a rural practice exchange between British Columbia, Canada and Victoria, Australia and its benefits. We also describe the mechanisms currently set in place to help arrange such an exchange.
