At this time of the year, Melbourne's weather sees an average temperature range of overnight lows of approximately 7'-8'C (mid 40s'F) to highs of 17' -18'C (low 60s'F), so it is recommended that delegates bring warm clothes for outdoor wear.

Smart casual clothes are suitable for all sessions and social Events with the exception of the Conference Dinner, where dress will be black tie or national dress.
From 1 July 2000, a goods and services tax was introduced in Australia. It is a tax of 10% and will be included in prices.

Alternatively, they may choose to explore the city's retail outlets, galleries, gardens and numerous other attractions independently. Advice and recommendations on the various options will be available throughout the Conference and on the internet.
An information booth will be provided during the Conference to assist partners, friends and families to take advantage of their visit to Melbourne during the conference period.
We have included some resources in the Tourism & Travel section here.
