Wonca conducts three yearly world conferences, which attract large participation. The next world conference will be the 2010 World Conference in Cancun, Mexico. The 2013 World Conference will be in Prague, Czech Republic.

These are major occasions for family doctors to present papers, discuss issues, and enhance their professional networks.

The Victoria Falls Hotels are about twenty seven (27) kilometers from the Airport and delegates travelling via Johannesburg will link with a direct flight to the Victoria Falls. Shuttle buses will be available. Visa requirements for Zimbabwe must be researched from one’s own country, though the organizers will assist if difficulties are experienced. A letter of invitation will be issued if needed.
