Wonca conducts three yearly world conferences, which attract large participation. The next world conference will be the 2010 World Conference in Cancun, Mexico. The 2013 World Conference will be in Prague, Czech Republic.

These are major occasions for family doctors to present papers, discuss issues, and enhance their professional networks.

Wonca Asia Pacific Regional Conference

The theme of the conference is "Building Bridges". It is pivotal that a family doctor is the coordinator of care for the patient.
