Our conference offers a variety of registration options so you can choose to suit your needs and budget. Please veiw the options and click at the package chosen. Payment method will be provided inside the registration form page.

Registration Options

Accompanying Person can register with, delegate with additional amount and name added. It will be verified at the Venue. 
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the Registration Fee before 31st September After that no refund.  
For Registration: All participants should complete the registration form. 
Payment of all fees must be made in US Dollars payable to Pakistan Society of Family Physicians Lahore, Pakistan.

* Delegates Other than SAR (Group - More than 10 person): Till 15th September: $1100 per person  Afterwards: $1200 per person  
SAR Countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
