The WONCA Working Party on Research, in collaboration with the Young Doctor's Movement, is recruiting young family physicians interested in virtual mentorship by experienced family medicine faculty in research. This mentorship program aims to equip family medicine residents and practicing family physicians with essential skills and knowledge in primary care research through a structured framework.

Program Duration

6 months

Selection Criteria

We are looking for young family doctors who:

• Are interested in becoming proficient in research.
• Have identified a need for research mentorship.
• Can demonstrate a specific goal to achieve during the program, with mentor support. Examples include advancing a research idea, polishing a publication, or learning new research methods. Please include your aim and expected outcome in your motivation letter.
