WONCA Council to meet on 16 June 2026

WONCA will hold a meeting of its World Council on Tuesday 16 June 2026. The meeting will take place virtually.

WONCA is governed by a World Council that meets once a year, usually in-person just before the world conference, and virtually in years where no world conference in schedueled. The Council comprises the representatives of member organisations and the officers of WONCA. It is responsible for the decisions that guide the organisation and, at each meeting, appoints a number of committees.

The meeting will be held online to allow member organisation representatives to take part wherever they are based.

Member organisations will receive the information they need to participate directly from the Secretariat, including details on registration, voting, and how to join the meeting. Any member organisation that has not received these details should contact the Secretariat at [email protected].

For more on how WONCA is governed, see the WONCA Bylaws and the list of statutory committees and their members.
